Our 8th( !) exploration of the compositions of Charlie Parker and Dizzy Gillespie - the trend setting progenitors of BeBop, as part of the 3rd Thursday of the month PeterKoganJazzPresents at the MetroNOME Brewery in st Paul. These fabulous musicians are featured: Peter Goggin - alto sax, Mitch Van Laar - trumpet, Phil Aaron - piano, Tom Lewis - bass and Peter Kogan - drums. There is no cover or admission at the acoustically excellent Fingals Cave on the lower level of the Brewery, known for its great Belgian style brews.
